Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using Focus Timer - Novaro Pomodoro. By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Novaro Labs ("we," "us," or "our") governing your use of the Focus Timer - Novaro Pomodoro application ("App"). These Terms apply to all versions of the App, including iOS, Android, WeChat Mini Program, and H5 web versions.
Focus Timer - Novaro Pomodoro is a productivity application based on the Pomodoro Technique that helps users manage their time and tasks. The App is available in two tiers:

Important — Auto-Renewal Notice: Monthly and Annual subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the same price as the original subscription.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. To cancel:
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to Pro features until the period ends. Cancellation must be completed at least 24 hours before the renewal date to avoid being charged for the next period.
All purchases are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play. Refund requests are handled directly by the respective platform according to their refund policies:

The free version of the App displays advertisements provided by Google AdMob (Android only). By using the free version, you acknowledge that:

The App, including all content, features, design, and code, is owned by Novaro Labs and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any ownership rights. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. All user data is stored locally on your device and is not transmitted to our servers. See the Privacy Policy for full details.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Novaro Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption, arising out of or related to your use of the App, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
For iOS users: These Terms serve as the End User License Agreement (EULA) between you and Novaro Labs. In addition, Apple's Standard EULA applies where not superseded by these Terms. Apple is not responsible for the App or its content. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the App. For more information, see Apple's Standard EULA.
You acknowledge that:
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes within the App. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. The latest version will always be available in the App under "Mine → About".
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to the competent court of the jurisdiction where Novaro Labs operates.
